Sypnosis
This story takes place in Mars about 500 years ago when Mars was 80% covered with water. The Mars as we know now is barren and without water. So, have you ever wondered why it is like this now? Even when scientists says that Mars is the most likely planet other than Earth to have life. So I let my imagination run wild and Laggoo was born.
Laggoo is the only child in the family and his father just passed away. His mother put him in charged of their family sea cucumber farm. The Vahgoi Sea Cucumber farm is the largest in the Valley of Shuut near the city of Marineloom.
Laggoo is not too happy about taking up the responsibility because he always wanted to go on an adventure with his best friend Kaio. Unknow to him he is about to set off in his first epic adventure that will earn him his name in the history of Mars.
Laggoo is a merman. The Merman of Mars used to live on land until the great Polar Ice Cap meltdown. Now only 20% of Mars is land. The Martian were forced to leave the land and move into the Sea. With the advance Genetic technology they were able to change most of their population to live in thes sea, However, not all the Martian were willing to leave the land for the sea. Those that stayed behind are called the Drylanders.
Laggoo and Kaio's adventure begin when they met the Great Noom, a giant tiger fish. Tiger Fishes are similar to the great white sharks of earth. The Great Noom has a very colorful history and he has been around for more than 200 years. So read on to know more. I do not want to spoil it for you guys here.
